These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and 17Tracking. By accessing or using the site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
17Tracking is an information service. It forwards a tracking number to the relevant carrier or logistics provider and displays the shipment information those providers publish. We do not transport goods, we are not a carrier, and we do not control the accuracy or availability of carrier data.
3. Permitted use
- You may use the service for personal and non-commercial purposes.
- You agree not to use it for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
- You may not use automated scripts or bots to query the service in a way that degrades its availability for others.
- You may not copy, resell or redistribute substantial parts of the site without written permission.
4. Accuracy of tracking information
Tracking results are provided "as is". Events can be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable, and a tracking number may take 24–72 hours to return any data after the label is created. Always confirm delivery details with the seller or the carrier when timing is critical.
5. Your content
You are solely responsible for any tracking number or other content you submit. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to process it solely for the purpose of returning a tracking result.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, layout and software — is owned by 17Tracking or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Carrier names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are shown only to identify supported providers.
7. Third-party services and advertising
The site integrates third-party tracking providers and may display advertisements served by advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of those advertisements or for the practices of external websites linked from our pages.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 17Tracking is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the site, from a delay or error in tracking information, or from the loss, damage or late delivery of any parcel.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
